1. Definitions

- We, us, and our refer to the operators of LincolnRowing.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you participate in any activities referenced on the Site at your own risk. This does not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

- The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we use reasonable care and skill in providing the Site, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects or harmful components.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions, or other terms that may apply to the Site or any Content.

- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

- The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
